These days, everyone's talking about prefabrication, modular builds, speeding things up. That’s the big push. But honestly, speeding up can also mean cutting corners, and that's where things get… interesting. A sling for your arm, it’s a deceptively simple thing, right? But get the details wrong, and it’s not just about discomfort, it's about recovery, it’s about getting people back to work. And those details are everything. You wouldn’t believe how many designs I’ve seen that look great on paper, but are a nightmare to actually use. Like, the padding is in the wrong place, or the straps dig in. It's always the little things. I've even seen some made with materials that smell awful when they get warm – believe me, you notice that after a full day in the sun. It’s easy to get caught up in the technical specs, but you’ve got to think about the guy wearing it for eight, ten hours a day.
